Intercos Warehouse

As one of the leading, worldwide operators in the creation, development and production of make-up, Intercos continues to grow and is looking for new areas in which to improve efficiency.  So, when they needed to expand into a new facility, they turned to DCAK-MSA to design a space that would fit their production needs.  The space needed to be designed with flexibility in mind so that the space could be used for different products in the future. 
 
The existing 125,000 square foot warehouse underwent an interior redesign and was organized for the new cosmetics packaging and storage facility.  This required careful planning in order to determine the best possible layout for new machinery in order to ensure the most efficient production possible.
